Shipping and return policy

Here at starzia studios we ship internationally.
All items, unless they are pre ordered will be sent out between 3-5 days, and pre ordered items can take up to 3 weeks to be sent out , but usually sooner. This is due to all items being handmade.

items in the uk can take from 2-4 days to be delivered and items outside the uk (eg. EU USA ASIA) can’t take from 5-11 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

we will not be responsible for any customer fees that may need to be paid when ordering internationally. YOU will need to pay this upon delivery or online which then you will receive an email or phone from the customs office in your country. 

returns and refunds:

unfortunately we do not do refunds, but if the item is faulty and you are about to show evidence same day as receiving, you will be allowed to send it back within 10 days for store credit, in its original packaging. 

All items get fully checked before being sent that they are in perfect condition 

YOU will be responsible for any shipping costs.
